Beginning his real estate journey in 2011 at King and Heath Paynesville as a sales support and home finder, Todd built the strong foundations of his career, working alongside Scott Holland and Joan Carter.

His ambition soon led him to Melbourne, where he joined Oliver Hume Real Estate Group, a highly regarded company based in Southbank. Here, Todd gained extensive experience in new developments, guided by some of the industry’s most respected market leaders. With vast experience in sales and an unwavering drive for professional growth, Todd worked his way into corporate management, overseeing numerous projects across Melbourne’s Greenfields.

Now, Todd has returned to East Gippsland with his wife Sara and young daughter Saidey, drawn back by the region’s sense of community and the quality of life it offers. With family close by and the natural beauty of East Gippsland at their doorstep, they couldn’t be happier to be back home.

Paynesville holds a special place in Todd’s heart. Growing up on Langford Parade, he fondly recalls swimming off Progress Jetty and boating across the lake to Ocean Grange for family getaways.

With previous experience in local council procurement and telecommunications, Andrew brings a fresh perspective and dynamic energy to King & Heath as a Sales Associate in our Paynesville office. His diverse background in customer-focused roles has equipped him with the skills needed to excel in real estate.
Driven by his passion for the East Gippsland region and commitment to clear communication, Andrew approaches his role with authenticity and a clear-headed mindset. His experience at Telstra, where he earned the prestigious Bairnsdale Advocacy Award, demonstrates his natural ability to understand and meet client needs.
When not assisting clients, Andrew can be found maintaining an active lifestyle at the local gym or enjoying quality time with family, whether it's exploring Raymond Island or taking the boat out on the water.

Having previously worked with us for over ten years, Andrea rejoins the team in our Paynesville office as Team Assistant, after a decade-long break from King & Heath where she thrived in other roles, such as Legal Secretary/Conveyancing Clerk and Personal Care Attendant in Aged Care. Known for her three "h's": happy, honest, and hardworking, Andrea brings valuable expertise to the team with her extensive experience in administration and receptionist roles.  Her attention to detail, ‘can-do’ attitude, and peculiar sense of humour, make her a reliable and endearing colleague.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking, relaxing, reading, and writing. Her core values revolve around helping others, making her a compassionate and supportive presence in the team. She looks forward to contributing her skills to the success of the Paynesville Office and serving our clients with integrity and dedication.
